The realities of postmodern internationalization: The experience of the ukrainian vocational education

The topical problems of increasing country's competitiveness considering world experience should be solved only in accordance with modern requirements of rapidly changing information society, where competitive advantages largely depend on the quality of human resources and investments in human capital. The article describes the practical aspects of the development of internationalization of vocational education in Ukraine on the experience of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University; clarifies the current opportunities for improving the quality of education in the light of international practice on the example of the Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla (Mexico), and identifies the ways to realize the potential of partnership in vocational education in Ukraine. The experience of Ukraine, Poland and Mexico, where the main condition for integration into the global university of knowledge is the quality of higher education institutions in accordance with international standards of curricula, has been analyzed. The practical experience of international scientific activities of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University and Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla is described. The article concludes about the effectiveness of international cooperation in science, which determines the status and prestige of the university, examines the European integration process of higher education system of Ukraine and the existing international training technologies

The word-forming motivation for lexical innovations in the cognitive space (based on ukrainian- and english-speaking sources)

The cognitive space where lexical innovations have semantic content and are formed by word-formation innovations opens a broad research field. However, lexical innovations have their creation mechanisms, are sometimes not regular, and cannot carry semantic content outside of contexts and conventions. For this reason, it is relevant to consider effective means of working with both Ukrainian- and English-speaking materials during learning. It also requires appealing to present-day findings in cognitive science, comunicativism, and pragmatics. This research is aimed at establishing the effective use of motivational models as achievements of cognitive science while using innovative approaches to learning English and Ukrainian languages. This is an analysis of the effectiveness of involving word-formation motivation in the foreign languages' learning process to create lexical innovations from the standpoint of linguocognitivism theories. The research methodology is based on a complex approach: survey, observation, descriptive method, analysis, and synthesis. The experiment is a principal method. However, the evaluation of the new method's effectiveness was carried out using a survey at the final stage of the research. The leading research hypothesis assumes that using scientific achievements of modern cognitive science in foreign language teaching is an effective learning practice; applying models of word-formation motivation in lexical innovations translation is necessary for foreign language teaching

The educational component “Teaching methodology of social and health-care educational sector” under quarantine restrictions

The article reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of blended learning of future primary school teachers under quarantine caused by COVID-19. On the example of the educational component “Teaching methodology of social and health-care educational sector” the article describes the peculiarities of organizing the educational process in blended format, namely providing examples of tasks that allow to form civic and social competencies of first-level higher education students under the conditions of new time challenges. The article focuses on the specificities of working in the virtual learning environment Moodle, summarizes own teaching experience of training of educational component “Teaching methodology of social and health-care educational sector”. The author's method of structuring and content of the educational component is proposed, which is reflected in the textbook. The necessity of using digital tools Canva, Padlet, Coggle for organizing group work of students during blended learning under quarantine conditions caused by COVID-19 is considered and also the samples of tasks to be completed by future primary school teachers are given. The article presents the results of a survey of applicants for the first level of higher education program 013 Primary Education, which show that students have a generally positive attitude to using digital tools Canva, Padlet, Coggle, as it positively influences the formation of their professional competence and the formation of their own methodological system. The author's method suggested in this article is incomplete and is continually being improved in accordance with time challenges

BITBUCKET як рішення для організації командної роботи над ІТ проектом

The article examines certain aspects of the process of professional training of students of engineering and pedagogical specialties of the computer profile, analyzes one of the most common forms of cooperation of IT specialists - team work on a project. Contradictions between the typical system of training a future specialist and the group nature of his/her future activity led to the need to develop the educational system of Ukraine, specifically in the field of training IT specialists. The skills of self-organization and self-discipline, communication skills, teamwork skills and cooperation, responsibility and adaptation, the formation of new skills and methods are becoming necessary for future computer professionals. The basic principles of using version control systems were studied and the tools for their implementation were analyzed. For this purpose, an analysis of the most famous unique platforms Bitbucket and GitHub was carried out, their functionality was described, so that the user could decide for him/herself which system to choose; the choice of a software environment is justified due to its advantages and disadvantages, which determines the organization of effective teamwork on an IT project, where appropriate skills are required to develop individual project modules in parallel with other groups of participants. The peculiarities of using the Git and GitHub version control system during the implementation of IT projects were determined. The procedure and main steps of creating a working version of the project were described. For today's professional, teamwork is most important in training students, so understanding how to use version control system technology is a mandatory part of the professional training of future IT professionals. It has been proven, that for the organization of joint work, it is necessary to use a certain technology of interaction of a team of software project developers by means of Git version control systemsРозглянуто окремі аспекти процесу професійної підготовки студентів інженерно-педагогічних спеціальностей комп’ютерного профілю, аналізується саме одна із найпоширеніших форм співпраці ІТ фахівців - командна робота над проектом. Протиріччя між типовою системою підготовки майбутнього фахівця та груповим характером його майбутньої діяльності призвели до необхідності розбудови освітньої системи України саме в сфері підготовки ІТ фахівців. Навички самоорганізації і самодисципліни, навички комунікації, навички роботи в команді і співпраця, відповідальність і адаптація, формування нових навичок і методів стають необхідними для майбутніх фахівців комп’ютерного профілю. Досліджено основні засади використання систем управління версіями і здійснено аналіз інструментарію їх реалізації. З цією метою було проведено аналіз найвідоміших унікальних платформ Bitbucket та GitHub, описано їх функціональні можливості, щоб користувач сам для себе вирішує, яку систему обрати; обґрунтовано вибір програмного середовища через переваги та недоліки, що обумовлює організацію ефективної командної роботи над ІТ проектом, де потрібні відповідні уміння здійснювати розробку окремих модулів проекту паралельно з іншими групами учасників. Визначено особливості використання системи управління версіями Bitbucket та GitHub під час реалізації ІТ проектів. Описано процедуру й основні кроки створення робочої версії проекту. Для сучасного професіонала найбільше значення має командна робота в навчанні здобувачів освіти, тому розуміння того, як використовувати технологію системи контролю версій, є обов’язковою частиною професійної підготовки майбутніх ІТ-фахівців. Доведено, що для організації спільної роботи потрібно використовувати певну технологію взаємодії команди розробників програмного проекту засобами систем управління версіями Bitbucket та GitHub

Modelling of Surfaces of Engineering Products on the Basis of Array of Points

The method of designing elements of the surfaces\u27 frames based on array of points is suggested in the work. Elements of frames are contours that are received via interpolation of sets of points, which are selected from the initial array of points. The algorithms have been developed for design plane and spatial contours that represent the curves with specified geometrical properties with prescribed accuracy. Formed contours are used as elements of «Profile» and «Guide Curves» at forming the model of surface by means of function of «Lofted Surface» in CAD system. Using the method of designing elements of frames of the surfaces is actual for modeling of surfaces of technical items that function-interact with the environment. Using The Arduino Platform For Professional Training Of Future Engineers-Teachers

У статті розглянуто становлення робототехніки як прикладної науки; наведено приклади розробок у сфері інтелектуальних робототехнічних і мехатронних систем. Інтелектуальні самонавчальні управлінські системи працюють на принципах функціонування мозку – виконують складні механічні операції з точністю, недосяжною для людини, тому тема дослідження є актуальною і своєчасною. У статті розглянуто питання, пов'язані зі змістом підготовки майбутніх інженерів-педагогів Бердянського державного педагогічного університету на прикладі дисципліни «Прикладне програмування». Доведено необхідність введення в освітній процес платформи Arduino. Наведено аналіз апаратної складової платформи Arduino за функціональними можливостями та технічними характеристиками, розкрито апаратні можливості, переваги та специфікація. На сьогодні платформа Arduino є одним із найзручніших способів вивчення основ програмування пристроїв на мікроконтролерах, які орієнтовані на тісну взаємодію з навколишнім світом. Продемонстровано приклади розроблених лабораторних робіт з дисципліни «Прикладне програмування» (розглянуто питання: під’єднання ультразвукового далекоміра до плати Arduino; під’єднання датчика звукового сигналу та кнопки до плати Arduino) з використанням програмного забезпечення Arduino IDE та визначено перспективи застосування даного пристрою та симулятору Tinkercad в освітній діяльності майбутніх інженерів-педагогів на прикладі Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Розглянуто елементи методики використання відповідних технічних засобів у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців у сфері ІТ відповідно до мети та цілей навчання, що дозволить сформувати у студентів відповідні навики програмування, стимулювати зацікавленість до техніки та моделювання, сприятиме розвитку логічного та алгоритмічного мислення. Визначено перспективи використання мікропроцесорної плати під час навчального процесу студентів педагогічного вишу.The article deals with the formation of robotics as an applied science and gives an examples of developments in the field of intelligent robotic and mechatronic systems. Intelligent self-learning management systems operate on the principles of brain functioning - perform complex mechanical operations with precision unattainable to a person, so the subject of the research is relevant and timely. The article deals with the issues related to the content of the training of future engineer teachers of the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University on the example of the discipline "Applied programming". The necessity of introducing the Arduino platform into the educational process is proved. The analysis of the hardware component of the Arduino platform is based on functional capabilities and technical characteristics, here are disclose hardware capabilities, advantages and specifications. Today, the Arduino platform is one of the easiest ways to learn the basics of programming devices on microcontrollers that are focused on close interaction with the outside world. Examples of developed laboratory work on discipline "Applied Programming" (Examined: connecting an ultrasonic range finder to an Arduino board, connecting an audio signal sensor and buttons to the Arduino board) are demonstrated using the Arduino IDE software and the prospects for using this device and simulator Tinkercad in the educational activities of future engineers-teachers on the example of the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Increasing Academic Openness оf Institutions оf Higher Education by Means оf Web-Technologies

В статті проведено аналіз відкритості закладів вищої освіти. В сучасних умовах основним комунікаційним середовищем стає Інтернет, а головним комунікаційним інструментом виступає сайт. Сайт це засіб відображення унікальних характеристик вищу, його індивідуальності та привабливості, він є конкурентною перевагою вищу на ринку освітніх послуг та визначає його імідж у світовому Інтернет-просторі. Процес підвищення академічної відкритості закладів вищої освіти засобами Web-технологій можливий лише за умови об’єднання зусиль багатьох підрозділів та авторів. Для підняття рейтингу ЗВО необхідно виконувати такі заходи: правильно наповнити контентом сторінки сайту про наукову діяльність; публікувати новини про майбутні або минулі наукові конференції, семінари та інше, зберігати у відкритому доступі їхні матеріали, а також результати наукової діяльності: публікації, наукові робити, навчально-методичні рекомендації, які повинні супроводжуватися анотацією так само двома мовами; зберігати у відкритому доступі наукові журнали та видання. В обов'язковому порядку дублювати розділи з інформацією про наукову діяльність університету англійською мовою. Рейтингові системи забезпечують умови прозорості для зовнішнього оцінювання діяльності вищих навчальних закладів, інформують суспільство про розвиток вищої освіти. В статті надано рекомендації щодо підвищення показників присутності, якості, відкритості та впливу у міжнародному рейтингу Webometrics.The article analyzes the openness of institutions of higher education. In today's environment, the Internet becomes the main communication environment, and the main communication tool is the site. The site is a means of displaying the unique characteristics of the higher, its individuality and attractiveness; it is a competitive advantage higher in the market of educational services and determines its image in the world Internet space. The process of increasing the academic openness of institutions of higher education through Web-technologies is possible only if the efforts of many units and authors are united. To raise the ZOO rating, it is necessary to carry out the following measures: to correctly fill the content of the page of the site about the scientific activity; publish news about upcoming or past scientific conferences, seminars, etc., keep their materials open, as well as the results of scientific activities: publications, scientific works, educational and methodological recommendations, which should be accompanied by a synopsis in the same two languages; to keep open scientific journals and publications. It is imperative to duplicate sections with information on the University's academic activities in English. Rating systems provide conditions for transparency for external evaluation of the activities of higher educational institutions; inform society about the development of higher education. The article provides recommendations for increasing the presence, quality, openness and impact of the Webometrics international ranking

Experience in Using E-Learning Tools in Inclusive Educational Space of Higher School

В статті розглядаються питання, пов'язані з електронним навчанням в закладах вищої освіти. В сучасних умовах інформаційно-комунікаційні технології істотно змінили ринкову конкуренцію IT-фахівців, наділивши учасників ринку абсолютно новими інструментами і каналами впливу на свідомість масової аудиторії у сфері освітніх послуг. Представлено аналіз теоретичних досліджень та програмних розробок у галузі електронного навчання, який доводить стійкі тенденції ефективності впровадження електронного навчання протягом життя, що вимагає системної трансформації організаційних і педагогічних основ навчання. Зокрема представлено результати дослідження проблеми інклюзії в вищій освіті на прикладі навчання студентів з вадами зору Бердянського державного педагогічного університету засобами електронного навчання. Описано приклади розробок (освітнє Інтернет-середовище для людей з вадами зору, і для людей, які зовсім втратили зір із професійного навчання комп’ютерним технологіям, де теми мають аудіо та відео супровід, додається методичний матеріал, який частково надає DAISY-формат). Виділили ключові напрямки електронного навчання в сфері освіти, що в сукупності служать наочною ілюстрацією трансформації навчання, з одного боку, і доступності технологічних інновацій як основи експериментальних досліджень по інший. Наведено основні фактори успішного впровадження e-освіти в закладах вищої освіти, зокрема в умовах інклюзії. Виявлено, що за останні роки комп’ютеризація вишів значно вплинула на швидкість, доступність та інші показники навчання, а також на зацікавленість студентів в освітньому процесі. Визначено тенденції розвитку досліджень в області електронного навчання в умовах інклюзії та підкреслена необхідність розкриття досвіду вищих навчальних закладів щодо упровадження комп’ютерних технологій та спеціальних дидактичних методик у процес навчання студентів із особливими потребами.Issues that are considered in the article are related with e-learning in higher education establishments. In the current context informative-communication technologies changed the market competition of IT-specialists substantially, providing participants of the market with absolutely new instruments and channels of influence on consciousness of mass audience in the region of educational services. The analysis of theoretical research and program developments in industry of e- learning are provided, it is proved that there are strong tendencies of efficiency of introduction of e-learning during life which requires system transformation of organizational and pedagogical bases of learning. Results of research of inclusive problem in higher education by the example of weak-eyed students of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University by means of e-learning are provided. The examples of developments are described (an educational cyberspace for weak-eyed people, and for blind people in professional studies of computer technologies, where themes have audio and video accompaniment, DAISY-format gives partially methodical material). The key trends of e-learning in the region of education are selected, that in total serves as the striking example of transformation of learning from one hand, and availability of technological innovations as basis of experimental researches on the other hand. The basic factors of successful introduction of e-education are given in higher education establishments, in particular in the conditions of inclusion. It is discovered that in the last few years computerization of universities considerably influenced on speed, availability and other indexes of learning, and also on the personal interest of students in educational process. Tendencies of researches are defined in the region of e-learning in the conditions of inclusion and underline necessity of opening of experience of higher educational establishments in relation to introduction of computer technologies and special didactics methods in the process of learning of students with the special needs
